products are downloadable and cannot be returned, we generally do not offer refunds once the product has been accessed or downloaded However, we value customer satisfaction and will consider refunds in the following cases:

If you accidentally made the same purchase more than once, contact us within 7 days, and we'll issue a full refund for the duplicate

order.

2. Download or Access Issues:

3. Incorrect Product Delivery:

If you received the wrong product due to an error on our part, we'll send the correct one.
